The Contact page can prepare an email draft using the visitor's default mail application. CrossVision IP's website does not itself transmit or store the contents entered into that form. If the visitor chooses to send the email, the message is transmitted through the visitor's email service to CrossVision IP.
When sending an email, a visitor may provide a name, email address, company or firm name, inquiry type, jurisdiction, deadline, and a short description of the support requested.
Please do not submit confidential technical, legal, or client-sensitive information unless and until a specific engagement and confidentiality arrangement has been confirmed.
Use of Information
Information submitted through this website is used to evaluate scope, conflicts, response logistics, and whether CrossVision IP may be able to provide an appropriate expert, consulting, or project-based service.
Confidentiality
CrossVision IP treats inquiries with professional care and does not publish or sell inquiry information. However, submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship or impose attorney-client privilege.
Email Newsletter
CrossVision IP does not currently operate an email newsletter subscription form on this website.
Analytics
CrossVision IP uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and real-user performance. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as a privacy-first, cookie-free real user monitoring service and states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data or track individual end users across Cloudflare customers' Internet properties. The analytics data are used to understand page views, visitor trends, referrers, countries or regions, and website performance rather than for advertising or cross-site profiling.
